Welcome to Eco Supplements Wholesale. By registering and purchasing through our wholesale platform, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below. Please read them carefully before placing any orders.

2. Eligibility

Eco Supplements Wholesale is intended for businesses only. You must be a registered company, reseller, or professional entity to purchase. We reserve the right to request verification and to approve or deny wholesale access at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT unless otherwise noted. Pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Full payment is required before order processing and dispatch.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Bank Transfer
  • Wise, Paysera, Revolut (on request)

4. Order Minimums

Minimum order requirements may apply and will be shown at checkout. Orders that do not meet the minimum may not be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from our European fulfillment center. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping carriers include: UPS, GLS, DHL, and others depending on your destination.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are beyond our control.

Delivery Time Estimates:

  • Nordic countries: 2–5 business days
  • Central Europe: 2–4 business days
  • Southern Europe: 3–6 business days

Please note: The buyer is responsible for ensuring that imported supplements comply with local laws and regulations.

6. Returns & Claims

We do not accept returns for wholesale orders unless the items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To submit a claim:

  • Contact us at support@ecosupplements.eu within 3 business days of receiving the order.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence.

Claims submitted after the 3-day window may not be accepted.

7. Product Information

All product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product packaging. Product information may be translated or simplified for user convenience and may not always reflect original manufacturer labels.

It is your responsibility as a reseller to ensure accurate labelling and local compliance.

8. Cancellations

Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or change an order, and we will do our best to assist you.

9. Liability

Eco Supplements Ltd shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or any delays in delivery.

10. Privacy

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
