At Eco Supplements LLC, we are a family-owned business committed to quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of supplements and consumable products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be in resellable condition
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products with broken safety seals
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 10–15% may be applied to approved returns. This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and restocking costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days.
All refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (e.g., credit card companies, banks, or buy-now-pay-later services such as Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be investigated and disputed with supporting documentation, including delivery confirmation, tracking records, and communication history.
Health & Safety Disclaimer
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, all sales are subject to strict hygiene and safety standards. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria.
