Eco Supplements LTD is an EU-based company and complies with all applicable rules and requirements in Bulgaria and within the EU.
According to the principle of free movement of goods, customers in other EU countries can order our products.
Please note that some countries may have specific national regulations or restrictions. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products ordered may be imported, possessed, and used in the recipient country.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders and/or hide products for certain delivery countries if we believe that delivery may violate local regulations. This is done to comply with applicable laws and to protect both our customers and our company.
Limitation of liability
Eco Supplements LTD is not responsible for any costs, delays, seizures, or other consequences that arise if a product is stopped or regulated in the recipient country.
If an order is returned to us due to local restrictions, a refund may be issued for the product minus the original shipping costs. If the product is seized by authorities, no refund will be issued.

All product information on our website is general and does not constitute medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Return Policy
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, contact us within 5 business days. If returned due to address errors, the customer covers re-shipment. For damage or incorrect items, notify us within 24 hours. Once confirmed, we’ll reship or refund at our cost.
Shipping Responsibility
We follow EU and Bulgarian regulations. You are responsible for ensuring items are legal in your country. We are not liable for restrictions outside our control.
Product Returns & Exchanges
Products can be returned within 14 days in unused, original condition with invoice. Return shipping is at your expense unless the product is defective. In that case, we cover all return costs.
Exchanges are also possible within 14 days if items are unopened and in resalable condition.
Delivery Times
- UPS Express: 2–4 business days
- UPS Standard: 4–7 business days
- GLS: 5–8 business days
All shipments are tracked and delivered to business addresses or pickup points. Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak periods.
Complaints & Support
Email support@ecosupplements.eu with order issues. We reply within 48 hours. Disputes follow Bulgarian commercial law.
