Contains no filler ingredients, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
Recommended use: 1. RAW Cleanse Toxin Defense: 1 packet daily. Just before breakfast, adults empty contents of packet in mouth, take a sip of water and swish for 45 seconds before swallowing. Not intended for children.
2. RAW Cleanse Organ Detox: Adults take 6 capsules daily, preferably 3 capsules with breakfast and 3 capsules with lunch. Capsules can be opened. Contents can be taken directly with water or raw juices. Not intended for children.
3. RAW Cleanse Digestion & Elimination: One hour before bedtime, adults mix 2 level scoops with at least 12 ounces of water or low sugar juice. May be taken with or without food. Not intended for children.
Warnings Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a physician or poison control center immediately.
Do not take more than directed. High doses of magnesium have been known to cause increased bowel function.
