Duty-Free Deliveries

We are pleased to offer duty-free deliveries to selected destinations. For orders shipped to the USA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, shipments below $200 are generally duty-free. Please note that different rules and charges may apply for deliveries to other countries, and it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and handle any potential customs fees and import regulations.

Origin and VAT

Our packages are dispatched from the EU and Czech Republic to ensure a fast and seamless delivery to our customers worldwide. We want to inform you that we do not add any Value Added Tax (VAT) to your orders. This can be considered as compensation for any potential import taxes that may arise based on the recipient country’s rules and regulations.

Import Tax

Any import taxes or customs duties that may occur upon delivery must be handled by the customer. We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing your order to avoid surprises upon delivery.

Delivery Time

We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible. In general, the delivery time is between 5-8 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination and other factors beyond our control.

Returns policy

As a customer, you must contact us at Eco supplements within 5 working days if your package has not been received within the expected delivery time for your destination. If you do not and the package is returned to us, you will have to pay for a second shipping charge at full cost. If for any reason you wish to have your order returned to you, you will be charged a 50kr transaction fee for the refund plus shipping costs if we have already sent it to you. If you wish to make a claim for your product, e.g. if it was damaged in transit, sent incorrectly etc. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your products by contacting us. Upon confirmation of any claim, we will immediately re-deliver the products or credit your account in full. Any costs incurred for the reshipment of the product will be the responsibility of Eco supplements Our customers will not incur any additional charges.

Product returns

Products that are not defective can be returned within 14 days from the date of invoice, in new condition with all original packaging materials and invoices/receipts for refund minus the original shipping costs we paid to send you the product. The return fee and shipping charges do not apply if a defective product has been shipped. All goods purchased from Ecosupplements are made under a shipping agreement. This essentially means that the risk of loss and title for those goods passes to you when we deliver them to the carrier.

Exchange of products

We are happy to exchange our products if they are returned to our store within 14 days of the invoice date and are in the same condition as you left them. The cost of shipping to return the package to Eco Supplements will be covered by the customer and the cost of the replacement shipped will also be covered by the customer.

Delivery time

Normally the delivery times i 5-8 working days. , depending on where in the world you are living in. All packages are sent fully tracked with FedEx. All packages are sent directly to your door step.
