Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), Organic Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) (Rhizome/Root), Red Raspberry (Rubus idaeus) (Leaf), Iron (from Ferrous Bisglycinate) (Ferrochel), Folate DFE, Vitamin B-12 (as Methylcobalamin)
Other ingredients:
Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide and Stearic Acid (vegetable source).
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
