Recommended use: Adults take 1 capsule once a day with water, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional. May be taken with food or on an empty stomach.

Capsule fill content may change, due to raw material particle size. However, potency remains the same. Minimum 5 billion viable cells at time of consumption, under recommended storage conditions and within Best Used Before date. Does not require refrigeration and can be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Avoid storage at temperature avofe 77°F (25°C). Refrigeration, however extends shelf life. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing.
